Ascend is a gamified self-development app that turns a user-chosen goal into plans, quests, and progress tracking with AI-assisted guidance. Ascend is a productivity and self-development tool — it is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

Founding month access

During the public founding window, core features are available free of charge for validation purposes. This access is temporary and does not constitute a permanent free tier or a promise of future free access. Progress you earn (levels, XP, achievements, journals) is retained on your account.

Subscriptions

After the founding window, Ascend operates on paid subscription tiers with a free trial, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing periods, and trial terms are shown at the point of purchase. You can cancel anytime through your store's subscription settings. Your content

You own the content you create (goals, journals, proof media). You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service. Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the service, including attempts to manipulate XP or proof systems, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with other users.

Disclaimers & liability
